Due to the digital nature of our products, all successful purchases are considered final. Once payment is completed and access to the digital product has been provided, the order is not eligible for a refund.
Any successfully completed order where the customer has received access to, downloaded, or used the purchased digital product cannot be refunded.
If the same order amount is accidentally paid more than once due to a duplicate payment, only the additional duplicate payment amount will be eligible for a refund.
The original successful purchase payment will remain non-refundable.

Approved refunds for duplicate payments will be processed through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
